The best way to learn mathematics is to try to solve problems that you don’t know how to do. When you discover something on your own, you’ll understand it much better than if someone just tells you. There is a feeling of immense joy and achievement. Math becomes a dull and boring subject when it is learnt by simply memorizing methods and concepts. Students can only fall in love with mathematics and experience the beauty of it when they are given the opportunity to play with mathematical ideas to discover, try and experience multiple strategies to solve the same question. They can then truly appreciate the elegance of one method over the other. StarKidz is a unique revolutionary math program designed and developed by Savita Agrawal. Being a high school math teacher with a background as a software engineer, Savita started this program to instill the love for problem solving in every child of the community through math.
